Customized Training Plans

Can you motivate yourself to exercise but just don’t want to think about what to do?  This is where I come in.  Allow me to write customized workouts; with the frequency, type, proper repetition and variability needed to keep you moving forward.  Strength, cardio, or running focused. In-person training to start.

Personal Training

Do you want to take your fitness to the next level? Allow me to help you move forward, with a keen eye to form, individualized needs, assessment, and progress monitoring. Youth through adult, I’ll push you to improve.

 

Private or Gym Settings

Varied options for a sure-fire muscle building and heart pumping session including your home and boutique gym in Easton (no membership required).

About Me

I’m here to help you through your fitness journey, finding strength, empowerment, and grit, along the way!

My athletic and career journeys have helped me to fine tune skills and strengths that allow me to connect with a variety of people through fitness training, motivation, and goal setting.  With over 20 years experience in teaching, coaching, and counseling combined with competition as a Division 1 college athlete and continuing as an adult, I bring to you a passion for health, fitness, and finding your strength.

  • 4 year Division 1 Cross Country and Track and Field Athlete at Colgate University

  • Post collegiate road racer since 2000 with a resurgence after the age of 40; 2:51 marathoner; post age 40 PR’s 18:19 5k, 38:01 10k; 3:00.21 Marathon

  • Former teacher and coach at high school level, coach at Division 1 college level

  • Career counselor/relationship builder/coach for undergraduates for 13 years

  • Current trainer and owner of Journey Strength & Fitness, LLC

  • Current assistant Cross Country/Track and Field Coach-Wilson Area High School
